Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Vices & Desires ("we") for using Vices & Desires. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them, to our privacy policy and to the community guidelines.

Who can join

• You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to view adult material where you live.
• You must pass our age verification before you can see other members or anything they post.
• One account per person. You may not use the site if we have banned you before.
• Keep your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

What the site contains

Vices & Desires is a members-only community for consenting adults. Member areas may contain nudity, sexual themes and adult language. Nothing in member areas is visible to the public or to search engines. Do not use the site where adult content is illegal, or let anyone under 18 see it.

Your content

• You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to store it and show it to the members you choose, only to run the site.
• Only post images of yourself, or of other verified adult members who have agreed to appear. Everyone shown must be 18 or older and must have consented to being shown.
• You must be able to show that consent if we ask.
• Do not copy, record, screenshot or share anything from the site, including other members' photos, names or messages.

What is never allowed

• Anyone under 18, or anything that sexualizes minors or suggests a person is underage. We report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
• Content shared without the consent of everyone in it, hidden-camera content, or anything showing someone who couldn't consent.
• Buying or selling sex, escort or companion offers, or any paid in-person encounter.
• Harassment, threats, hate, or contacting someone after they've said no or blocked you.
• Sharing another person's real name, location, workplace or photos ("outing").
• Spam, scams, fake accounts, or anything illegal.

How we enforce these terms

Moderators review reports and may hide content, warn you, suspend you for a set time or ban you. Every action is logged with a reason, and you are told why. Content reported as involving a minor or shared without consent is hidden at once while we review it. You can appeal any decision through the contact form. Paid features

Some features will require a paid membership. Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by our payment processor, and memberships renew automatically until you cancel. See refunds and cancellation.

Ending your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time through the contact form. We may close accounts that break these terms. What we keep afterwards, and for how long, is in the privacy policy.

Our responsibility

We work to keep Vices & Desires safe, but we can't check everyone in advance or promise the site will always be available or error-free. Meeting other members in person is your choice and your responsibility: use our free safety guides. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell members before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
